Since 1995, we have worked hard to keep our customers genuinely happy with their shopping experience at Crazy Horse Tack. We stand behind each item we sell so if something isn't quite right, we'll take care of it.

Taxes: We are located in Massachusetts and therefore charge sales tax on all shipments to Massachusetts addresses as required. No sales tax will be charged on orders from any other State or Country.

Continental US Shipping Policy: UPS is our primary carrier for shipments within the Continental US. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. We do ship some of our flat-rate shipping orders via USPS which may require additional transit time. If you selected UPS Ground or Flat-Rate Shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery. For a closer in-transit estimate for UPS Ground shipments, please reference the map to the left. To calculate your shipping costs, please enter your zip code on the shopping cart page.

Canadian Shipping Policy: UPS is our primary carrier for shipments to Canada. To calculate your shipping costs, please enter your zip code on the shopping cart page. For saddle purchases, we will email you the shipping cost upon receipt of your order and await your approval.

International Shipping Policy: USPS Priority Air Mail is our primary method for international shipping. We will email you the shipping cost upon receipt of your order and await your approval. The quickest and safest method of payment for international shipments is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account set up, click here: PayPal Account Setup. Please note, shipping costs do not include Duties, Taxes or VAT. Customer is responsible for paying Duties, Taxes or VAT required by the receiving country. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund on product returns or exchanges.

Expedited Deliveries: We ship from Massachusetts, please upgrade your shipping accordingly if you need your order faster. Some of out items are shipped directly from our supplier which may require an additional day or two for processing and that information can be found on the individual item's page. Please note, UPS does not count weekend days in Ground, 2nd, and 3-Day delivery choices.

General Merchandise Return Policy: For all non-clearance items, you have the option to return items for exchange, store credit or refund to the original method of payment. Please return items within 60 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the original (undamaged) packaging. For clearance items (excluding clearance saddles), you have the option to return items for exchange or store credit. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Saddle Return Policy: For all non-clearance saddles, you have the option to return saddles for exchange, store credit or refund to the original method of payment (less a 10% restocking fee). Please return saddles within 15 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the original (undamaged) packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Saddle exchanges are shipped free to addresses within the continental USA. To avoid return shipping fees and restocking fees, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with saddle sizing. For clearance saddles, all sales are final.

  • Please include instructions for exchange (color, size) or refund.
