If you are not satisfied (for any reason!) return the product within 90 days, in new condition, and in the undamaged original box, and we will replace or exchange the item, or we will refund your credit card account the amount you paid for the product ...your choice! (Shipping cost not included).
To offer further convenience to our customers, Crazy Horse Tack has extended the industry standard return time from 30 days to 90 DAYS! This will allow for early Holiday Gift purchases, without the worry of "Will they take a return?"

Please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-243-4003 (Toll-Free) to let us know you are returning the product; we can then have your paperwork ready for quick processing when your return arrives!
Please return the product in the new condition it was sent in.
Please return the product within 90 days in the original, unmarked box or package it came in.
Please include: your name, address, telephone #, email address. Also include instructions for exchange (color, size), or if you would like a refund.
